Cookies are packaged carefully, including being heat sealed to maintain freshness, compliant food labels, bubble wrap, and extra packing material to make sure they travel to their final destination safely and beautifully.

Once cookies arrive at the Post Office, I cannot control shipping delays, lost packages, etc. I do everything in my power to make sure cookies are packaged as well as possible, but some damage is always possible.
